First, our team will process your order within 1 to 3 working day of receiving it. Once it's ready, we'll send it out via FedEx or UPS, and provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. And the best part? We ship to all countries worldwide for free!

When it comes to customs and import taxes, we want to be transparent with you. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives without any additional charges, buyers are responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may apply in their country. However, in the vast majority of cases, our customers have not had to pay any additional fees as our items are valued within the rules.

If your order is still in transit and you want to cancel, simply send the item back to us via a trackable delivery service. As the buyer, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
